Stairs, steep grades, long carry distances, specialty items (piano, safe, artwork), full packing service, and peak season dates (May–September) all increase the final cost. Fewer belongings and a mid-week, mid-month move date save money. We detail every line in your estimate before you sign.
Moving protection options
Every move includes Released Value Protection — 60¢ per pound per article, the legal minimum, included free. Full Value Protection covers actual repair or replacement cost for any lost or damaged item, available at an additional charge. Ask your coordinator which option fits your move.
